Housell is a new kind of property company. Instead of the drawn-out process you get with a traditional estate agent, Housell connects sellers directly with a network of investors and can complete a sale in under a week. The brief was to build a brand that reflected how they actually work: fast, transparent, and genuinely on the client's side.

Brand attributes
Housell isn't trying to clock transactions. They care about relationships with both sellers and investors and want to be seen as a partner rather than a middleman. That means helping clients beyond the sale itself: organising repairs, coordinating minor renovations, making the whole thing less stressful.
Their core positioning is a connector. A matchmaker between people who want to sell and people who want to buy.
My Role
I was responsible for creating the company's branding, all collateral, web design, and building the website in Webflow.
